Shipping Policy
I understand that flashmybrass.com does not ship outside the continental United States. The following additional restrictions apply: FlashMyBrass.com currently does not ship to the following locations: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Washington DC, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York. I understand that if I attempt to have restricted products shipped to these areas, my order will be canceled. Assumption of Shipping Liability We ship by UPS Ground, to arrive in 1 to 7 days after the tracking number has been received. Once your product is received by the shipping carrier, you will automatically assume all responsibility for its safe transit to your delivery address and thereafter. You also agree to hereby explicitly release flashmybrass.com from all liability and responsibility thereafter.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Flash My Brass cannot take back ammunition once it has left our facility and has been in the hands of the public. In the unlikely event your shipment is damaged in transit or your package contains the wrong items, your claim must be reported to Flash My Brass within 7 days from receipt of the shipment. Any claims outside the 7 days will be considered void and the sale will be final. If your package is damaged during shipping a claim will be filed with the shipper and a refund or replacement will be issued once the claim investigation has concluded.
Cancellation
Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled. If an order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any order when the Terms and Conditions have not been complied with. In the event that an order is cancelled, a refund will be issued, minus a 10% re-stocking fee
