Except for Manufacturer defects, all ammo sales are final. Any damage that occurs during the transit of the ammo needs to be noted on the bill of lading and reported. The customer is responsible for the original shipping charges to get the product to the customer. If the item is defective, we will send out a new item with return instructions to return the defective item to our warehouse. If you have questions please contact us for clarification.
